The festival embodies the purest passion for kite flying, sporting and amateur, professional and amateur, or simply recreational. It represents an opportunity within everyone's reach to combine the wonder aroused by the works of aerial engineering created by the local group “Vulandra” and the hundreds of kite flyers from different regions of Italy and foreign countries such as France, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Austria, Germany, Holland, England, Brazil and Colombia with outdoor recreation, all on a bicycle scale.
